Running Out Of Charcoal Sucks!

You guys know that I have different cookers in addition to my SI3 and some of them are charcoal powered, which is fine, but not so great when you're out and have to call the wife to pick some up on her way home. It makes you appreciate not needing charcoal for the SI!! Oh well, looks like dinner will be a tad late

I buy a bunch on Memorial Day,4th of July and Labor Day at the sale prices....hate running out or having the electricity out......

Second only to running out of propane. I have use my wood chunks and tree trimmings for a charcoal substitute.

In October I got given a BUNCH of charcoal and thought I had plenty. The "problem" with having a wife that grills a lot is that I didn't know that she'd been (literally) burning through it! I need to stock up I suppose, I hate being w/o FUEL!! I have pellets and wood chunks out the wazoo
