I just stumbled upon Rub Some Butt by BBQ Spot. You really have to try!! I used a plain yellow mustard binder, rubbed plenty of this stuff on. Cooked per Smokin-It specs (except only to 188), then foil wrapped and rested for an hour. I had lots of juice and when I fork pulled the butt into a pan, I sprinkled some more of this rub in and mixed well. Holy toledo every single person who ate this went nuts and wanted to know what it was! No sauce needed ever again. Try it!
Also, Dizzy Pig's Jamaican Fire on ribs is the bomb! lol. Can't get enough.
