Just put these on.  Cleaned & rubbed these 2 days ago with a molasas & yellow mustard base & a spicy rub similar to Tonys with the addition of some ancho & chipolte.  They have been wrapped and getting happy until moments ago.  Spritz them with Jack Daniels & applied a little more rub.  Put my pan of juice in & a chunk of Jack Daniels barrel in with a very small piece of cherry (about 2.5 oz total).  Set @ 225.  I will open in 4.5 hrs & quickly baste with a vinegar based sauce (The Shed) then let continue for another 1.5 hrs.  I will post more pictures when done.  It sure has been quiet this week on th forum...

4.5hrs in to it I slathered with The Shed BBQ sauce.  I also had 1 can Bush bourban grillin beans mixed with 1 can ranch style beans that were also taken out @ this point.  1.5hrs more & I will pull to rest for 30 more minutes wrapped in foil.  Smells real good & the beans are fantastic!

Moist, tastey, nice bark, but should have taken off just a touch earlier.  Some were almost falling off the bone (my wife loves it like this).  Mac  & cheese & jalapeno, cheddar cornbread rounded out the meal.  I'm about to bust!

It's lunchtime, and you just made me drool, Walt!  Looks like a winner setup!  Yep, been a little quiet this week; I think most folks have been too cold to type! :o
