Ribs Again

Maybe a little practice helps.  These were butcher shop "spare"? ribs.  5 1/2 hours no look.  Apple cider boat on the left bottom.  Cherry wood.  Mustard and Oakridge rub overnight.

A little thinner than baby backs, but turned out to be best rib load to date.

PS, always add a potato or four with the ribs on a bottom rack.  EVOO and some salt.

Nice job, John!    I did two racks of ribs this weekend with a couple of potatoes as well.  The only difference is I put the potatoes on the top rack rather than under the ribs, but this is probably more personal preference.
 
Those ribs look awesome. I think I may have to do some again this weekend too. It has been awhile since I smoke ribs.
