The PID is currently showing a temp of 241 in the left box and -H- in the second box? I am attempting the the seasoning smoke....not sure if this is correct...does the time start when it hits 250?
 
Never mind....I stumbled across the answer here...the -H- is a result of the meat probe not being plugged in...would of been nice to know in advance....lol
