I've posted this a couple years back and thought to post it again for all the new owners of a smoker.  This prevents one from peeking. This photo does not do justice to what I actually see, much clearer  than a picture.

Cannot leave the camera head in the smoker too long, just a few seconds but I know what you mean Scott.
