I have the #3D unit in the garage and wondering, in these Colorado high-plains chilly and windy months, if I could proof bread in it. The temp range should be good and water in the stainless "flavor saver" for humidity.
My concern is the smoke residue on the inside walls and top dripping or pealing off onto the bread.
Has anyone tried this?
