These are the prettiest eggs that I've ever decorated.

Ceiling looks just like my walls.  The creosote just shows up well on white.  You didn't ever think that the smoker walls were getting coated but your food wasn't did you?  LOL!

My eggs don't look that pretty. Maybe i use the fan too much or maybe i just don't use the smoker enough

Please enlighten me regarding smoked eggs, time, temp, and what to expect when breaking the shell. I don't believe I have ever seen this before. What do you call it?  Smoked embryo of chicken?

Time:at least 30 minutes, usually 2 hours.
Temp:whatever your cooking, eggs are usually the side dish, not the main thing
Interesting fact: balut is fertilized hard boiled egg or embryo as you called it. The stuff you are actually eating are in fact, chicken periods.

I put the eggs in raw and flipped the switch with temp set for 250.  The eggs were in the smoker for 2 hours from the flip of the switch.  I put the hot eggs in a bowl of cold water for about 5 minutes and then peeled them.  They peeled like a normal, hard boiled egg.  The egg white, was now beige.

Looks like they turned out perfect!
