Pork Belly Moderator Apr 25, 2018 #4 No 150 for 1.5 hours to get some smoke into it then finish it on a hot grill. It is lean solid muscle. Smoked then seared to Medium Well slightly Pink but moist.

SuperDave New member Apr 26, 2018 #5 The roasts are leaner than lean. Brining wouldn’t hurt. I concur with Brian’s recommendation.
