Pork Riblets

Hi SmokinIt Forum members,

I just recently got my smoker #1 and have been relying on the Lazy Q guide that came with the smoker.  This is my first smoker.  Everything has been great when I followed the guide.  The one time it didn't go so well is when I decided to try mesquite wood on chicken because of a youtube video I saw, ignoring the guide that did not list mesquite as one of the chips to use on chicken.  I recently purchased a 10 pound box of frozen pork tenderloin riblets and didn't see anything in the guide for how long to smoke or at what temperature, these are much smaller than a rack of baby backs.
