Pork Loin

Feeling pretty fallish in southeastern NC. Decided to throw in a pork loin. Used DM's brine as usual then dusted with Killer Hog's pork rub. Used 2 oz Maple wood and smoked at 225 to an IT of 145. Not half bad if I do say so myself
