Pork Loin?

Thanks. Our neighbor's daughter is getting baptized next weekend and they were going to crock pot them for the reception afterwards. I couldn't let that happen. Lol.
 
Dave, I slice mine thin, with my carving knife, but you could use a slicer, if you have one.  Loins are very tender, and slice easy (like deli meat), so a good, sharp carving knife will give you great sammie slices!

Bingo. I just used a chef's knife. My bigger one is newer, so the blade is sharper. No issues carving at all.
