Pork loin jerky

I looked through several threads and could not see where this had been posted before, and my apologies if it has.
Had a lot of pork loin left over (smoked in cherry and hickory), sliced it like thick bacon, threw it in the dehydrator and voila, it is really good! I might actually like it better than beef. Just thought I would share.
 
Dried pork loin smoke leftovers?  That sounds good!!  Might have to try it sometime!  I'd recommend keeping it in the fridge, though, since it's not cured.
