Pork belly at Costco

First time i've seen it, i think it was $2.99/# (around 20 bucks a slab)
Gorgeous, cryovac packed, all cleaned and trimmed, not too much fat, just perfect.

Hey Pete do you know if it had the skin still on it? What was the weight, from what you were saying maybe about 6#?

My Wife also told me that one of the Asian markets offer pork bellie also. Of course it is the one that is 40 min. drive from the house.  I do want to check out costco here to see if they are caring it. I did check Sam's and they do not carry it nor does the Restaurant Depot.
