Haha well I did use some left over mayo and horseradish sauce just for taste:)

Pork store bought Italian sausage, wrapped in Turkey Bacon.

2 hours till 160 internal, a bit of finish on the grill.

Onions, peppers, dark beer, mustard, garlic cooking down on gasser.

Wally world on sale rolls.  $1 for 6!

Lots of leftovers for the weekend.

Store bought sausage makes a difference on the SI, use fav wood, just cook to 160 or 165.

I just got a whole set of that corning for $8.  Only kept the large dinner plates, rest off to auction!

We have a 4 year old at home.................enough said!

Dad won't spend $8 on a grill, but dinnerware that won't break is priceless!

Looks great, John!  What wood did you use?  Did you leave some of sausages unwrapped (looks like some in the back were not wrapped).  Did it make a difference to wrap in bacon?

Mesquite wood, yes I left some unwrapped for my son.  It was turkey bacon so there probably wasn't too much overall difference.

I put some pork chops and sausages on the smoker tonight...wow!  I love the extra smoke on the sausages, and the chops were excellent as well.
