Picnic

Went to Staters and they have Farmer John picnics at .89 a lb.....tossed a 10 lber in the cart and left a happy man.

Used apple wood for smoke. Used mustard and a little Gary Seasonings and a Organic 21 spice salt free offering from Costco.

Into the #3 at 9 pm set at 160.....got some zzzzzzzzzzzz's


Around 6 in the morn I bumped the temp to 250 and pulled it at 192 internal and foiled for a 2 hour rest


Bones pulled out clean and the pulling was easy


Used Kinders mild BBQ sauce (shoulda grabbed two bottles...good stuff) the first of four sammies

That looks great--pulled pork is definitely my favorite smoke so far--in fact I have a shoulder getting ready to come out of the smoker shortly.
