Hey Guys and Gals, warm weather is here and I hope that I can get the trusty #3 into action soon. I have cleaned it and reseasoned it and I am just looking for something to throw in there. I have been doing far more grilling than smoking lately so I haven't been able to share much in the way of food cooked on my SI. I know if you're like me, there's only so much smoked food the family will eat so I understand why this forum goes through lulls.

I will be leaving Thursday to go to Texas with stops in New Orleans, Austin, San Antonio and whatever else my wife has planned so I won't be using my SI for a little bit yet but I do hope to get the smoke rolling again soon!!
