Makes me think of the Mojo grill.  Haven't seen him in awhile!

My buddy has a welder so we made our own.  I'll post some pictures of our process.

Started with a legit tractor disc and welded the axle hole closed.  Added horseshoes for handles.  Then it was time to season with several oil rubs and a hot trip in the oven.
