Not smoked but close to the best chicken I've ever had!

Had some chicken quarters I wanted to chef up tonight. Went through a few of my standard books and didn't see anything I liked. Pulled my 2016 Cook's Illustrated recipe recap and made "Rao's Lemon chicken."  This was absolutely amazing. Crispy skin with an amazing herb lemon sauce served over a bed of rice. Also got to break in my new Le Creuset pan I got for my 10 yr anniversary at work, which was 2.5 years ago....took me a while to chose something!

The background on Rao's - a small place in Brooklyn that only the top A-listers can get in to. If everything is as good as this chicken I can see why!
