New to smoking and the Little Guy arrived today!!!!

Hi everyone,

It is hard to believe that I have lived in Texas most of my life and never had a smoker!  Sad, but true but now all that has changed.  I decided if I was going to do it then I was going to do it right.  After research and reading a lot on here I decided that as empty nesters the Little Guy would be perfect for my husband and I.  Looking forward to collaborating with everyone and having lots of fantastic food! 

The little guy arrived today and he is being seasoned as I type.  He is smoking and already smells great!
