Just ordered a #3. Can't wait to get back to smoking. It's been a couple months since my old smoker died on me. Anyways I was hoping someone couple tell me the measurements between the legs front to back? Thinking about building a stand or something for it. Thanks

Welcome, Darin.  Some guys mount them to a rolling cart such as one available at Harbor Freight.  Others have made their own out of wood.  The store site does give the overall footprint dimensions.  Since the legs are threaded, they can be under bolted through your table top.

center to center:
20.5" front to back
15.5" side to side

each leg has a 1.5" x 1.5" footprint

these measurements are nominal and will require quite a bit of tolerance.
probably best to wait for your to arrive before drilling any holes.

each leg is threaded M12x1.75

Welcome to the club, Darin!  Thankfully, this should be the last smoker you should have to purchase - shouldn't "crap out" on you, like your old one!  Built like tanks, and the only things that can go bad are pretty cheap (and under 3 year warranty).

I put my #3 on a $54 cart from Harbor Freight, with a wood top, and it works great!

#3 With Harbor Freight Cart

Welcome from Texas Darin! I own a #3 and use it often. Hope to get a cart for mine soon. Good luck!

That's a nice set up Tony. Kinda on the line of what I'm wanting to do. I was thinking about getting a stainless table and putting it on it. I have a enclosed patio so I won't need to move it much.

A stainless cart would be nice, too, Darin.  Just remember the weight - a loaded #3 tops 100 lbs, so you want a strong top.  That's why I added the 3/4" pine panel to the top of mine...the top metal was just too thin for that kind of weight.

Just received my tracking number. Suppose to get it monday. Can't wait, it's going to be a long weekend. Maybe I'll get lucky and get it Saturday,it's only around 4 hours away from here. Just out of curiosity, is this something you have to sign for? I work 3rds and I hope I don't miss the fedex guy.

Yes, I had to sign for mine.  UPS wouldn't deliver unless I was there and called to set an actually delivery appointment.
