New Sydney owner

Hey there, new Sydney owner here! I’ll start out by saying I’m a stick burner and charcoal guy at my core, buuuuuut it’s hard to light sticks on fire when I’m out on the water all day at camp! I think the Sydney will do a fine job on my ribs, chicken, and pork at camp while I’m out playing in the sun!  I doubt I use it at home much, but if this all works out, I’d like to add a larger one to use as a warming oven for my big cooks!  I think I made the right choice with smokin it!

Welcome to the forum.  I'm sure you will enjoy your new smoker. I've seen food trucks before but never a food tractor ;D  Nice looking rig!!
