They look really nice, and the front edge has a 90° bend for stiffness, and something to grab when you move them.

I'd like to hear from someone who has used one.  Are they for "special" use or for general smoking?

I don't have them, but they sure look like they could be used for everything.

Sue, I would use these for small things that might fall through the cracks in the regular shelves (jerky, fish, any other small items).  You'll get better smoke penetration with the regular shelves.
