I have been using a Bradley 6-rack for about 6 years and it has served me well, but it is starting to wear out and constantly buying the 'wooden hockey pucks' from Bradley is a pain. Given the exceptional results I have had with the Bradley, it took a lot of convincing for me to try something different. The Model 3 came last week. The build quality is excellent. Seasoned it per instructions, and used it to smoke a hind quarter of corned venison. The results were outstanding. I'm convinced getting the #3 was a good move.
