Only smoked a few things. But love the smokin it 3. Turkey was huge hit. Ribs as well.  Over smoked some brats. And decent job pork chops.

Did a 4 hour brine on the Turkey and forgot to put water pan. Used salt and pepper rub. Pulled out at 160 on the breast.  It was tasty. Not looking saves moisture I guess. Used cherry to smoke.
