Hi All! I purchased a #1 after doing a lot of research. I've never smoked before but can't wait to get started. I'll be seasoning by Friday I hope and trying some ribs on Sunday.

I enjoy bourbon, beer and trail running. Married and have one child and three weiner dogs.

Im looking forward to learning as much as I can here.
