New from Nashville

Hello Everyone,

    I received a #1 as a Christmas present and so I am really a novice at smoking, I have done one smoke already (baby back ribs) and they were great, thanks to the tips from Walt, Gregg, Tony and Divotmaker.  I was a meat cutter for 45 years, retired and live in Nashville Tn.  I am looking forward to some good smokes and appreciate this forum as a place to learn. I want to thank all of you in advance.
