Looks like some fish, seafood, and cheese smokes are on my horizon this spring. Also got some hats and coord hooks! 8)
I've invested alot in this smoker and I have enjoyed every smoke! I'm getting pretty close to needing to clean the inside some as it's getting quite a bit of coating (aka flavor) build up now.
