I started smoking with a tube smoker for Thanksgiving 2020. Smoking lox, and various cuts of meat to cook in the oven or crockpot. After some serious research I ordered my #3.5D last Friday, it arrived Wednesday, seasoned Thursday, cold smoked some Salmon Friday, hot smoked Chicken Wings and Breasts Saturday, and just started a Sirloin Tip Roast a little while ago. Everyone's posts have been very helpful. So far everything is awesome. I'll be posting my results in the other areas. Thank you everyone!!!
