Hey guy's my First cook went really well and not to mention the taste ...............wow........... I put the Ribs in and around 11:00 and pulled them at 4:30 , very juicy & tender , but I will change a few things - up in the near future ............such as ........only putting oil ( EVO / before seasoning ) on the fatty side ( up ) of the ribs for the Bark ...which - by the way was just awesome .
