My Easter Ham

I started with a 10 lbs Costco, Kirkland ham.  I pour some pineapple juice over the ham and sprinkle with rub and then into the smoker at 275 degrees.  When the ham hits around 120 IT, I pour a mixture of brown sugar, honey, maple syrup and a few pinches of cloves over the ham and cover with pineapple rings.

Looks great, Dave!  I just did my first twice-smoked ham, so this is a "work in progress" for future ideas - thanks for sharing!
