Must be SPRING!

Hey TmasEaster,

I agree, I just returned from a trip from Hershey yesterday and was going into smoking withdrawal.

I am smoking two different batches of eggs as an experiment (one batch boiled and then smoke, one cooked/smoked in the smoker).

Once my second batch finishes I will be putting in the baked beans and corn on the cob!

It's 60 degrees here in the Northeast!  We've been 20 degrees BELOW average for the past 2 1/2 MONTHS!  Is it any wonder people want to be doing things outside, including cooking great food?  Yeah, I know, Smokin-its work well in -20 weather, but that doesn't mean it is fun when you have to go out there.  Now you get to stand around and smell the delicious smokey smells.

When I lived in the Midwest (14 years ago) I would smoke and grill year round. But I would pull the smoker or the grill right next to the door, so I would not have to go far.....

Hang in there, the winter is almost over!
