Mega meat

Picked up 40+ lbs of beef clod and 40+ lbs of pork butt today.  2 other guys and myself are smoking these up this weekend for a Sunday dinner event.  I'm going to be doing the 2 beef clods and the other 2 guys are each going to take a pack of the pork butts.
