Made 15 lbs of these for my sisters grad party.
Mixed everything up till a little sticky
Put into my stuffer, with no casing, and cranked it out onto some parchment paper I cut, then cut into 6 inch lengths and froze

Test cooking I’m a pan on the stove they would burn, get way too dark before they were cooked through

For the party we cooked them on a regular grill with the cover down, took approx 15 min, had awesome grill marks and was not too dark.

One of the most popular items I have ever made.

Looks good, interesting project. You can try cranking them out into a gloved hand. Lift up to "cut" them from the stuffer tube and drop them onto parchment. It will save you a step or two.
