Actually, I had it nearly two months already. I've been smoking something every weekend and having great results.
Being from Austin, I had to get a (signed) copy of Aaron Franklin's book. It has helped me get brisket that's as good as any I've had. My efforts at pork butt, chicken, ribs, and sausage have also been great.
Thanks for making a great product at a reasonable price! I'm ready to accessorize, so I'm ordering the PID, stand, cover, etc.
