Love the size of the #3

Yesterday I rolled out my 3D for an hour'ish smoke.  I had 4 (yes, four) jalapeños that I cut in half, seeded, stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon.  I smoked all eight halves at 300* with a handful of cherry chips.  Yummers!!!!
Gotta love all the room in the #3 ::)

How many of you will smoke something like that and not worry that the smoker if full?
 
Michael, I bought a #4, it's never full!  LOL!! Personally, I believe these smokers benefit from the extra air of not being stuffed full. 
 
That's what I love about my SI. Its so easy, that even a short smoke is no problem. With my WSM, even smoking a chicken was too short for all the hassle of the set-up. By the time I got the coals lit right, then fiddled with the vents over and over to get the temperature to equalize and settle in perfectly, to the point where I could finally walk away for a while, the chicken was done! I only wanted to do the longer smokes like butt, brisket and ribs. Made fine Q though, but I've had better, moister and more consistent Q with the SI.
