Leveling?

I'm finding the casters to be both a blessing and a curse.  My store area and my cooking area(s) are different so the caster make moving it back and forth great.  But, the OCD part of me hates having one wheel off the ground or wondering how level it is.  Anyone else struggle with that?

You could unscrew the wheel that is off the ground until it hits the ground. But then when you roll it on level ground it may roll funny.

Dave, given your condition, I am thinking you may have to remove all of your flooring in both locations and re-install so that all of it is level.
