Well it was time for something different so for dinner tonight we had Kebabs with Spanish Rice with Channa Masala, onions and peppers and Tamarind-Date sweet & sour dipping sauce. The only thing missing was the garlic naan I normally have with these.
Everything tasted excellent!
* Note normally I make kebabs with ground lamb, for this batch I used ground chicken and buffalo for this batch, this was the healthier version .
Tomorrow Taco pizza and then Brisket on Tuesday.
