Hello all,
I've been smoking meats for close to 20 years. I ran a BBQ joint for most of those years and used an Ole Hickory smoker. So, when we sold the business last year, I kinda put the smoking on the back burner. No pun intended. A few month ago, I started getting that fever again and started reading about smokers for home use. I try to never throw money at something hoping for a good turn out. I spend tons of hours researching what I want and then throw money at it. Well, if everything I have read about Smokin It is true, then this was a no brainer. I look forward to talking to happy owners and learning new tricks for great smoked Meats. Thanks to all for the info that helped me make my decision to buy a Model #2.
