Tony shared some great ribs at work today - flavorful, good bite, perfect smoke profile, and an excellent sauce.
Thanks for sharing!!

My wife has relation in NE AR.  May have to make a rib run the next time we're down there Tony!

Unfortunately, it's a 7 hour drive, from NE to NW AR!  No easy way to get there! :(

I know that is right, here is like walking out in a steam bath. Spent the better part of the day inside. I bet your dog loved staying inside under the air. Can't wait for fall.

Yes, and looks like is going to be a nasty one. I lost one of my cucumber plants. I think it got burned up with too much sun. Also I started with 15 peaches on my new tree and am down to one. Darn squirrels they pull the green peach and take a part of a bite and leave it. I guess they think it is walnuts.  >:(

Yep, an easy ride to Tony's from KC.  I usually stick to North Central AR when I go down there to ride, but I've been known to travel home via tablerock lake.

What are you riding Steve? Those sound like some scenic rides. That is the trouble on a bike when going thru nice areas. I have a tendency to look at the scenery rather than paying attention to the road, which is not a good thing.

Haven't had it licensed for the last couple of years because I was riding ~1k miles a year and paying $140/mo (garage in apt complex and insurance), but it's a 2006 Triumph Sprint 1050 ST.  Used to be a Katana until I had a disagreement over ownership of the center line with a Suburban.  It was a tie for the vehicles, but I ended up with the short stick for operators

Damn hope you were not hurt. I have installed an air horn on my bike. It is a 2006 Harley Softail Deuce, Vance & Hines curved pipes. And still sometimes people will try and take me out. With the 1250cc motor I usually just zip around them and give them the high sign. I have not put very much miles on mine this year due to all the rain. But, now am getting some saddle time in. I used to ride with a group that would meet at the airport and make a circle around 435. But, they dropped the start time to 6:00am too early for me.

That's why I quit riding, after my son was born.  I had way too many "disagreements" like that, and just no longer liked the "risk vs. reward" ratio.  Guess I'm a chicken, to some, but there's just not enough "crumple zones" installed between my butt and the pavement.

Lately have been worried about a blow out at a high speed. And have been doing more side roads at speeds around 35mph. Which would still peal hide off. But, I also still get the call of the wind. When that stops will sell the bike. Also is good freedom and stress reliever. And love riding horses but do not have the room for one. This is my iron horse.  8)
