Jerky racks

I bought some jerky racks on amazon for my first jerky smoke coming up this weekend and they arrived today.
They turned out to be just what i was looking for (wire mesh) and they fit the model 3/3d perfectly. Decent price too.

Figured I would pass this on to anyone that may be looking for jerky racks for their 3/3d

Tony if posting this a problem I understand and will not be offended if removed. SI doesn't offer the wire mesh racks so I thought this might be ok to pass on.

SI sells mesh seafood shelves, that are the same size as the wire shelves:

That's a good find. Only $22 for two racks. I think I might pick some up.

hmm, I looked for them and didn't see them. Little pricey though.

Put some Q-Matz or Frogmats on top of the regular racks you already have. And they are non-stick and dishwasher safe. Easily cut with a scissors to fit.

Yeah, they are, but they're very good quality.  I only have one for the #1.  In the 2 & 3, I use QMatz from Amazen.  They're great.  I really do like the new slotted shelves from SI, though!
