james jerky dryer question?

hey guys I got my dryer yesterday so today I'm making a batch of jerky. my question is, the dryer dosent blow as much air as I assumed it would. I'm just making sure its normal and don't have something wrong with it? is it normal to just barley be able to hear it or feel it when its on the smoker? thanks for any imfo.
 
Yep.  It's not a range exhaust fan.  lol.  The sole purpose is to move enough air through to pull moisture out.  It's not loud, or strong.  You are good!

I did it at 140.. I used the jerky Dryer 2 hours in until finished. The times ranged from about 9 hours on a big batch to about 6 hours on a smaller batch.  I added a little more brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce to the second batch and omg it was fantastic!
