Rocking this beauty in my 3 D - 9.8 lbs. from the butcher


Been a while since I've used her. So I'm stoked.

10.5 hour cook. In the cooler now. Wrapped. It was so tender just transporting from the 3D to the foil. By far the best by touch to date. It stalled around 170 for a few hours. I remained patient and let it do its thing. Hours later it started to move.  Can't wait to taste and post pics.
 
The after pics. Very pleased. Juicy and very tasty.
