It was a Pulled Pork kind of Saturday

Did another butt last weekend.  I believe this one was the best we've ever done.
9.02 lbs.  Smoked at 225 with hickory.  Took only 12 hrs. 30 minutes to hit 197 internal temp. 
Let rest for an hour then pulled.

I was impressed right out of the gate with the raw shot.  That looks like a nice shoulder you were starting with.

Hey Shrews, I see we don't know much about you!  I encourage everyone to add a little info to their signature line, you know, first name, town, etc.  We're pretty informal around here, and love to know first names.

For sure, it was definitely a quality piece.  Only $0.99/lbs. too!!!  Couldn't beat it.
