It has arrived!!!!!!!!!!

Well after many months of research and back and forth on brands I pull the trigger this week on a Smokin-It #3. I ordered on Tuesday and it arrived in Alabama today so very quick shipping. Oh and very well packaged too.

I'm not new to smoking meat but will be new to electric smoke. My last smoker was a Lang Patio model but I just got tired of baby setting the fire pit. Looking forward to an easier way to smoke meat and plan to get into vacuum packing as well to make some quick meals during the week.
