Is there a US source for Gold/Silver Salmon Backing Boards (aka Traycompacts)?

I am trying to find a United States source for the food-safe cardboard backing boards used to fan out slices of lox. They are usually gold on one side, silver on the other, or sometimes gold/black. They are also sometimes used for cheese, or meats like prosciutto, but most commonly for smoked salmon/lox. Anything where you want a nice presentation. I have found several sources for them in the UK, but not a single one in the US, or that ships or has a distribution center in the US. I find this very odd.

Here is a round one. It is corrugated cardboard, so a little thicker than what you are looking for, but might work.  Look in restaurant supply stores in the baking section, or, of course, on Amazon.

Hope this helps.

I had seen that, and thought it might work. Generally used for cakes/cupcakes etc. Would need to be trimmed to fit in vac bags. I wondered if the corrugated might get kind of soggy though.
