Instructions for installing new heater element on 2D - HELP

I need to replace the heating element on my 2D and I can't find instructions on the web site can anyone help me out

Rubber gloves, Phillips screwdriver, wrenches. You need to remove the back of the smoker then the insulation(reason for gloves)  and take note of the layers and wire placement within the layers. You might be able to get by without complete removal of insulation. Then disconnect the wiring to the element and disconnect element from the box. Reverse the procedure to install and reassemble smoker.  Hope that helps.

Sorry, but you have to pull it all.  The element cover has to be removed (two screws, from the inside, with nuts in the back), and the element has two nuts against the back wall.  Not hard, but like Dave said, wear gloves when removing the 3 layers of insulation!
