How's my turkey look

Well this is my second smoke since I got my 3D  this week, it turned out really good and moist, it could have been a little saltier, but I didn't want my first turkey to salty. All in all it was pretty darn tasty

Looks like I wish it was Thanksgiving and I could smoke one. 

I did a couple in my MES last year that turned out AWESOME........except for the skin.  It was a bit rubbery.  The meat, though.......FANTASTIC.  We spatchcocked ours and will probably continue to do them like that this year again.

How do you like Boise?  I'm an Idaho native, born in Hailey with time in Wendell, Shoshone, Rupert and Burley.

Smelled it all the way over on the west bench.  Was tempted to follow the scent to your house for a bite.  Looks great.  Smoked turkey has always been a family favorite at out house.
