How often do you use your Smokin-It

with the incredible ease of use and quality of the food that comes out of it, it is rare a week goes by that we don't use ours, and often times 2 or 3 times a week.

how bout you?
 
Easily a couple times per month consistently and sometimes more.  I also have a habit of doing back to back smokes when I do them.  Made wings and ribs last time.
 
I try to go 2 times a month - it's busy around the house. But when I'm not traveling for work, it's an easy time to smoke chicken for dinner.

I did me up some ribs last night! They were good!!! :)
 
Well, I am not really qualified to answer this any longer as I sold mine. Back when I had it, I used it maybe 10 times total in the year and a half I owned it. I have other tools in the arsenal so that's a major factor I suppose. Another factor is that when I do smoke something, I try and take advantage of it and smoke a LOT and vac seal the "leftovers" for future meals. That kept me from using it more.
 
I tend to use mine more in the winter than summer. When i do use it I smoke extra and vacuum seal it for convenience. I'll say less than 10 times a year.
 
Just about every week. I live alone, so anything I make lasts me for several meals (or until I get sick of the same dinner all the time and vac-seal the remainder and freeze it). Just did a 9 Lb. butt, so I'm good for a while.
 
mines down at the moment and it's killing me. I use it at least twice a week every week year round. Usually on a weekend. I smoke chicken and cut it up for my salad during the week. I also have a deli slicer and have made my smoker do meat for roast beef, turkey and chicken. It is not uncommon for me to have 3 even 4 smokes on a weekend.
 
During the Spring, Summer and Fall I use the SI#1 about 6 times a month. During the Winter I am down to once or twice a month. The Little Guy handles the winter with ease the problem lies with me.
