Hi Guys,

I finally got the video I took out in the desert edited!  I used my Model 2 in the desert kitchen to smoke about 10 pounds of pork belly and then made a classic breakfast of bacon, eggs and potatoes the next day.  Best bacon I ever had!

Great video. I'm glad to see more videos using the SI. When I was considering purchasing mine, I had already decided on the SI from weeks of research, but I didn't find very many videos on youtube showing them in use. Keep em coming!!! ;D
